About Us
Robe Resort was designed by Carlo Dottore of Carlo Dottore & Partners, Architects of Adelaide. Carlo also managed the construction of the house.
The house was built by MacGregor Builders from nearby Beachport on the Limestone Coast of South Australia. "Spinner" MacGregor is a well-known and highly-respected builder in the region.
The brief to the architect was to design a family home that would provide an "all-weather bliss" experience for everyone, would be extremely friendly to wheelchair users and the elderly and would require minimum maintenance in its seaside location.
All living areas are at the one high level to take advantage of the magnificent view across Glass Beach and towards Doorway Rock.
We believe everyone will find that Robe Resort is just the place to kick back, relax and unwind.
